Jeff thoughtfully lays out the outdated thinking that lives in most organizations, and highlights the traps and habits that prevent companies from embracing modern product thinking.

For our next ProductTank meetup, our first in-person meetup since early 2019(!), we're going to try something different. We ask our attendees to read Jeff's most recent article, and to participate in the next meetup as though it were a book club. Bring your thoughts, your questions, and your ideas. (It's also OK if you'd just prefer to listen)
