**2. Jeba Abraham** is a practice and portfolio leader with two decades of diverse IT experience across three continents. During this career, he has played a varied set of Quality Engineering roles that have kept him grounded in delivery and focused on solving everyday problems to achieve quality outcomes. He is a solution architect with proficiency in designing, building and enhancing products and services throughout their life cycle.

Jeba is extremely passionate about applying the latest technologies to continuously and sustainably improve the status quo. Contributor to the World Quality Report for the last five editions before taking on the role as the lead author in 2022.

**3. Jeff Spevacek** is a Mechanical Engineer, technology adopter, career Tester, and Quality engineering transformation specialist with a career span of 15+ years. He is currently a Transformation Leader, focusing on modernizing Quality Engineering programs and DevOps integrations for large global financial institutions. He leads Capgemini FS testing solutions and QE transformation programs globally for key Banking and Capital Markets programs. Additionally, he is the co-developer of AI/ML platform for Quality Engineering. Jeff is a passionate producer and moderator of Quality Engineering podcasts.

As a WQR author, Jeff has contributed to the following chapters: AI/ML (13th edition) and Agile Quality Management & QE Lifecycle Automation (15th edition)

**4. Paul Collins** is a Quality Engineering Practice Leader with 25+ years of IT experience. Throughout his career, Paul has played a variety of senior testing roles across the Investment Banking, Insurance, Telecom, and Government sectors.

Passionate about driving quality, cost realization, and operational optimization through transformation and technology, Paul has solutioned, implemented, and managed large-scale and complex Testing Services focusing on delivering business outcomes.

Paul has been a contributor to various World Quality reports over the past 14 years, especially for the financial services sector.
