Managing your unhappy customers

You are working hard to improve a product that is underperforming and your customers are upset, how do you handle the situation? Come find out in this talk!
No one said product development is easy, especially when the product you’re developing is not meeting the expectations of your customers (feature issue, time to market, usability, etc.). Your customers are frustrated, they are losing faith in the product and even potentially losing money. This talk will focus on some aspects of how to manage that customer relationship in the midst of uncertainty while the product is in this undesirable state.
