**What is BDD/SBE?**
Behavior-Driven Development (created in 2003, and aka Specification By Example) is an Agile software development process that encourages collaboration among key stakeholders. It promotes deeper team conversations and concrete examples to formalize a shared understanding of how the application should behave. The benefits can be quite significant, with some case studies showing a near-zero defect release, and up to 50% decrease in software development costs.
